Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All Funkz wear products are made to order. Once you place your order, we begin production before dispatch.
Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following Monday.
2. Shipping Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows:
USA: 5–8 business days
Rest of the World: 8-30 business days
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–30 business days depending on destination.
3. Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order required.
4. Shipping Methods
Shipping methods are selected automatically based on your product type and delivery destination. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery. The most suitable carrier is chosen based on the item's size, weight, and destination.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active. If your tracking shows no updates initially, this typically means your package is awaiting its first carrier scan — this is normal.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom, customs duties are generally not applied. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.
Funkz wear is not responsible for any additional fees charged by local customs authorities or carriers in exceptional cases. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in their country.
8. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@funkzwear.com. Keep all original packaging and the damaged item, as clear photos will be required to process your claim promptly. Because every Funkz wear product is custom-made with your name, number, and team, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
